Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 1, 2026 Last Updated: April 28, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OneLore ("the Service"), operated by SolidKey AB (org.nr 559496-6318), a Swedish company based in Mölndal ("we", "us", "our").

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What OneLore Is

OneLore is a collaborative platform for teams. It provides project management, task tracking, messaging, and shared documentation — all accessible through AI agents using the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

The Service is in active development. Features may change, be removed, or become paid. We will provide reasonable notice for major changes.

2. Accounts

2.1 Registration

You sign in to OneLore using your Google account. By signing in, you authorize us to receive your email address and display name from Google for account creation.

By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age. If you are under 16, you may not use the Service.

2.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions performed by AI agents authorized with your credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each person should have one OneLore account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or for any other purpose is not allowed.

Service accounts or bot accounts for automated workflows may be permitted under paid plans. Terms for service accounts will be published when this feature becomes available.

2.4 Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to decline new registrations or refuse service at our discretion.

3. Using the Service

3.1 Acceptable Use

You may use OneLore to:

3.2 Prohibited Use

You may not:

3.3 API and Protocol Access

Programmatic access to OneLore is permitted only through the official MCP protocol and any future official APIs. Unauthorized scraping, bulk operations, or accessing the Service through unofficial means is prohibited.

3.4 Fair Use

We reserve the right to limit API calls, storage, or usage that exceeds reasonable levels, even on paid plans. If your usage significantly exceeds normal patterns, we will contact you before taking action.

3.5 AI Agent Conduct and Responsibility

Agent Actions Are Your Actions

All actions performed by AI agents authenticated with your credentials are considered your actions under these Terms. This includes creating, modifying, and deleting projects, tasks, messages, and documents, as well as inviting or removing project members.

You are responsible for the behavior of any agent you authorize to access OneLore on your behalf, including unintended actions resulting from agent errors, hallucinations, or misinterpretation of your instructions.

Choosing and Configuring Your Agent

You choose which AI agent and provider to use with OneLore. We do not control, monitor, or validate the instructions your agent sends to OneLore. We do not verify that your agent's actions match your intentions.

Before granting an agent access to your account, you should understand the agent's capabilities and limitations, and configure appropriate restrictions where your provider allows it.

Our Responsibility

We are not liable for data loss, unintended modifications, unauthorized invitations, or other consequences resulting from agent-initiated actions, except where such consequences result from a defect in the OneLore service itself.

If an action was correctly received and executed by OneLore as instructed by your agent, the outcome is your responsibility. If OneLore executed an action differently from what was instructed, that is ours.

Safeguards

OneLore may introduce optional safeguards such as confirmation requirements for destructive actions, rate limits, or recovery periods. The availability or absence of such features does not shift responsibility from you to us.

We recommend reviewing your agent's activity in your projects regularly and maintaining your own backups of critical content.

4. Projects and Teams

4.1 Project Ownership

The person who creates a project is the owner. Owners can invite members, assign roles (admin or member), and delete the project.

4.2 Member Access

Project members can only see data within projects they belong to. When a member is removed from a project, they lose access to that project's data.

4.3 Content Responsibility

All project members are responsible for the content they contribute. We do not review, moderate, or endorse content created by users. You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, or share through the Service.

4.4 Cross-Provider Data Flow

Each project member may use a different AI provider to access OneLore. By joining a project, you acknowledge that your contributions (messages, tasks, documents) may be delivered to other project members through their chosen AI providers, which may differ from yours. Each project member is responsible for ensuring their AI provider's data handling practices are acceptable to them and compliant with any regulations that apply to their use.

5. Your Data

5.1 Ownership

You own the data you create in OneLore. We do not claim ownership of your projects, tasks, messages, or documents.

5.2 License to Operate

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, transmit, and display your data solely for the purpose of operating the Service. This license ends when you delete your data or your account.

5.3 Data Export

You may request a complete export of your data at any time. We will provide structured data (projects, tasks, messages, activity logs) in JSON format. Context documents will be provided in their stored format, which is Markdown unless you uploaded files in other formats (such as PDF or Office documents), in which case the original format is preserved.

5.4 Data Deletion

When you delete content (tasks, messages, documents), it is removed from our active systems. Deleted data may persist in infrastructure-level retention (such as temporary backups or replication) for a limited period before being fully purged. We do not use deleted data for any purpose during this period.

When you delete your account, your personal data is removed from our active systems. Content you contributed to shared projects remains accessible to other project members.

5.5 Data Loss

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we are not liable for data loss. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical content.

6. Free and Paid Plans

6.1 Free Tier

OneLore offers a free tier with usage limits including but not limited to: total storage, number of projects, and number of members per project. These limits may change over time.

6.2 Paid Tiers

Paid plans with higher limits will be introduced. Pricing and plan details will be published before paid tiers become available.

6.3 Changes to Pricing

Prices may change with 30 days notice. Existing paid plans are honored until their current billing period ends.

6.4 Changes to Plans

We may modify plan features and limits with reasonable notice. If a change materially reduces the value of your current paid plan, you may cancel for a full refund of the remaining prepaid period.

7. AI Agents and Third-Party Providers

7.1 Your AI Provider

You access OneLore through AI agents operated by third-party providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google). Your relationship with your AI provider is separate from your relationship with us. We are not responsible for how your AI provider processes data that passes through the MCP protocol.

7.2 No Endorsement

Listing OneLore on a third-party marketplace or directory does not imply endorsement by that platform, nor does it create any relationship between us and that platform beyond what is necessary for the listing.

8. Availability

8.1 Uptime

OneLore runs on Google Cloud (Firebase). Our availability depends on Google Cloud's infrastructure. We do not guarantee specific uptime percentages.

8.2 Maintenance

We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance or updates. We will try to provide advance notice when possible.

8.3 Changes to the Service

We may modify, add, or remove features of the Service at any time. If a change materially affects your use, we will notify you in advance.

9. Termination

9.1 By You

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting us.

9.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

We will notify you before termination except in cases of severe abuse requiring immediate action.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, you lose access to your account and data. You may request a data export before termination takes effect, unless the account was terminated for severe abuse.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use the Service at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, or otherwise).

You agree to defend and hold harmless SolidKey AB and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

This section does not apply to claims arising from SolidKey's own negligence, willful misconduct, or failure to comply with its obligations under these Terms or applicable law.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: outages at cloud providers, natural disasters, pandemics, war, government actions, or internet disruptions.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be settled by the courts of Sweden.

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

The Service is operated from the European Union. We do not guarantee compliance with local regulations in all jurisdictions. If your local law requires specific licenses or registrations for services like OneLore, it is your responsibility to verify compliance before using the Service.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable Data Processing Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and SolidKey AB regarding the Service.
